San Francisco Bay Railroad: The Belt's successor-in-interest?[edit]

I think that a mention should be given to the San Francisco Bay Railroad, which began operations in 2000 at pier 96 using two ex-Belt Railroad locomotives. Their history page seems to imply that they are sort of a successor-in-interest. While it only operates over a small fraction of the Belt Railroad's trackage, I think it would be relevant enough. EDIT: The history page seems to have been lifted directly from the GGRM's old article (see citation 1), with a short section added on. The original text was apparently written by a man named Thomas Beutel. Unfortunately, the addition gives no information on what happened between 1993 and 2000, and I have not been able to locate that information anywhere else.— Preceding unsigned comment added by EvJay (talk • contribs) 22:12, 22 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

King Street or Berry Street?[edit]

I'm confused. Did the Belt RR travel between the Embarcadero and 3rd on King Street as the article says, or on Berry Street? I'm thinking the King Street tracks were S.P. (in the pre-Caltrain days) due to their proximity to the station. There were tracks that ran from the Embarcadero to 3rd on Berry street but they're gone now. All of Berry Street north of 3rd is now AT&T Park.
