Complaint[edit]

One of the worst wikipedia articles I've ever read. Utterly unreadable. 62.173.69.98 (talk) 14:18, 10 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Background section needs attention[edit]

It's currently just a list of wiki links and a single nonsensical sentence. It's of little use providing any actual background on the Act. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.31.125.253 (talk) 22:10, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Clarifications Requested[edit]

1. Does the Sale of Goods Act 1897 apply when a small business makes a purchase from a larger business - or does it apply only to consumers? 2. If it applies to all Sales of Goods, then the sentence (which contains the only instance of the word "consumer" on the page): "It was replaced by the Consumer Act 2015." is dangerously inadequate. 3. Has the sale of Goods Act 1979 been repealed as a result of "the Consumer Act 2015"? This article should clarify this point. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.149.103.46 (talk) 18:03, 10 November 2015 (UTC) GiovanniVitale19 (talk) 10:21, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
