Does there exist any relationship of this city, with the famous lord of Frankish Greece, also known as "Omer?"[edit]

Does there exist any relationship of this city, with the famous lord of Frankish Greece, also known as "Omer?"/ Odomer/ / Audemere/ Otto, etc.?, or possibly even "h'Omer?" Could this be also related? "Godfrey of Saint-Omer, a Flemish knight and one of the founding members of the Knights Templar in 1119, is said to have come from the family of the Lords of Saint-Omer." And, really do any of you actually believe this? "William Clito (25 October 1102 – 28 July 1128) was the son of Robert Curthose, Duke of Normandy, by his marriage with Sibylla of Conversano. He had a claim on both Normandy and England, and became count of Flanders. His surname 'Clito' was a Latin term equivalent to the Anglo-Saxon "Aetheling", and the Germanic "Adelinus" (used to refer to his first cousin William Adelin, the son of Henry I). Both 'Clito' and 'Atheling' signified "man of royal blood", or the modern equivalent 'prince'."
