World War I???[edit]

afaik Vietnam was not involved in WWI. I think it should be World War II! Schwobator (talk) 04:24, 17 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Added clarification. The monument was originally built by the French colonial authorities to commemorate Indochinese soldiers who died for France during World War I. After independence, it was repurposed into a temple to commemorate the Hung Kings. DHN (talk) 07:38, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
