This band was maybe not so important, but it did feature famous bassist Jack Casady (see his own rather long article). I think this article deserves to stand at least as a partial discography of Casady with this group. Marnell's death[edit]

I've found conflicting reports about how Brian Marnell died. Most say a heroin overdose (or after overcoming heroin, whatever that means), but here it says car accident. (That site also says that the name of the band comes not from the disease SVT, but was the name of Casady's bass rig.)--BillFlis 17:15, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Band Name Whether or not the band's name was originally named after the heart attack, the band's logo (on a t-shirt) was a graphic illustration that combined the ECG of the heart attack with a rendering of the San Francisco skyline. Jefffrane (talk) 23:02, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
