Name[edit]

Saõ Tomé leaf-nosed bat or São Tomé leaf-nosed bat? AndersonPv (talk) 23:34, 15 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The country is called São Tomé and Príncipe and the island São Tomé Island, but this bat is spelled Saõ in the Mammal Species of the World. Happily iNaturalist spells it São so we can change it. If all the sources said Saõ we would probably have to follow that. - FakirNL (talk) 09:04, 16 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
