@Martinevans123: I found some info on https://homeatfirst.com/ROYAL-LYTHAM.HTM: " “Royal” was officially bestowed on Lytham & St Annes by King George V shortly before the course hosted the 1926 Open Championship, its first." (later in the article:) "In fairness, it may be that the “royaling” of Lytham was more the doing of George V’s wife, Queen Mary, than of the king himself." 2018 RWBO Prize money[edit]

Can somebody pls. check the prize money that Georgia Hall won today? The tournament site indicates "490,000" but doesn't indicate the currency - I would assume it's in Sterling but don't want to assume. PK T(alk) 18:21, 5 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
