Isn't referring to the possible result of a proposed referendum in Denmark next year a little bit off-topic for the lead? — Blue-Haired Lawyert 18:30, 19 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It's only a short two section article at the moment, and the referendum doesn't fit into the "Background" or "Employment contracts" sections either, so where do you propose moving it to? It doesn't seem sensible to separate the discussion on the referendum from the paragraph where it's mentioned that Denmark currently does not participate and that the UK previously did not participate but decided to opt-in. If you want to move the discussion on who participates to elsewhere in the article, without fragmenting it, then go ahead and be WP:BOLD, but it will require some restructuring of the article.
