Do we really need an article on a retired physicist???--Jack Upland (talk) 11:07, 8 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Especially one that suddenly became an expert in Motion Mechanics on his retirement.-Brucestarkey (talk) 11:36, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This talk thread is quite old, but it should be noted that he is well know and respected for his work (inc. books and published papers) in the field of Sports Mechanics, especially sports that include swing and spin dynamics like as Baseball, Golf, and Tennis. Rather than deletion, I suggest that the article is expanded to include a section on this aspect of his research. The Rhyme Animal (talk) 10:53, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

It seems as though the subject of this article may have had a hand in writing it. Interlaker (talk) 23:39, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion seems to have become dormant. I move that the Neutrality banner be removed. The article itself is doesn't strike me as not neutral since it only covers his participation in a court hearing as expert witness, and this is presented with both his contribution to the hearing as well as a public critique of this contribution. Seems pretty neutral. The Rhyme Animal (talk) 11:00, 8 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
