Proposal to rename[edit]

There is an identically-named park in Missouri: Rock Island Trail State Park (Missouri). Since this Illinois park is no longer the Rock Island Trail State Park, I propose renaming this article to Rock Island Trail State Park (Illinois). There is no compelling reason to give one "dibs" on the name over the other; Wikipedia should treat them equally.
