Wale and Young Gunz[edit]

Has it been confirmed Wale and Young Gunz are with RocNation? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.238.54.114 (talkcontribs)

Yup, it's been confirmed. Wale is managed by Roc Nation and Young Chris is signed as an artist. Young Gunz are not signed unfortunatly. --Taylor Karras (talk) 15:28, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Entertainment Company/Label[edit]

The entry is a mess concerning the difference Roc Nation being just an entertainment company and Star Roc being its label. Artists signed to Roc Nation aren't automatically signed to Star Roc. One can see the difference by looking it up on the official Roc Nation Site. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.23.103.66 (talk) 22:37, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Roster[edit]

Some people keep erasing Range and Hugo from the roster and reading them with unknown names. I can you please lock this page so no one can change it so easily? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 166.137.138.164 (talk) 03:32, 8 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure if its confirmed or not but it seems lil kim is part or roc nation so I added her in the roster and put a reference of a video of her holding up the roc nation symbol. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.171.51.35 (talk) 12:45, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I erased Lil Kim and Sean Garret it hasn't been confirmed that they are signed to Roc Nation check their website if you want to know who is apart of Roc Nation. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 166.137.139.83 (talk) 13:49, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of three names from roster list[edit]

I have removed Sean Garrett, Mick Boogie, and Daniel Merriweather as they are not on the Roc Nation website no more and their links to Roc Nation are all broken links.

Paige Thomas[edit]

I just removed Paige Thomas from the list as she does not appear on the list of artists on the Roc Nation website, and the source to support the claim is a tweet saying "ROC NATION" [1]. — chsf, 00:34, 27 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Kylie Minogue[edit]

I removed this sentence: "Her contract was purchased from EMI as a requirement of Universal Music’s September 2011 takeover of that company." Reason: It makes readers believe that Roc Nation purchased her contract from EMI which is incorrect. Warner bought Minogue's label Parlophone and Minogue still has a contract with Parlophone. --212.23.103.31 (talk) 21:15, 15 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

The Roc Nation Logo no longer uses the diamond since the law suit with Volcom. 173.68.10.106 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 01:53, 2 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
