Siegfried and Siegmund: Son and Father![edit]

As far as I remember the game, Siegmund, Wotan's son, is Siegfried's father, as he is in the Opera. He is brother and lover of Sieglinde, who is NOT Brünnhilde.

Brünnhilde, the Valkyrie, is indeed Siegmund's (half-)sister who rescues Siegmund. Again, this is according to Wagner's "Walküre".

Siegfried does not appear at all in "Ring". He is the main character in "Ring II". (where he is indeed, again according to the Opera, betrayed and killed.)

So the game is way more faithful to the opera(s) than the article implies.

Could someone with access to the game verify and change this accordingly? --megA 23:22, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
