Editing needed[edit]

"Everyone spoke of an information overload, but what there was in fact was a non-information overload." - Richard Wurman

Anyone interested in editing this or taking some of the less encyclopedic and un-cited content out? Yblumberg (talk) 04:05, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

List of Works, and potential sources[edit]

This was all removed recently. I'm linking it here so that someone can find (and eventually replace) the information, with the details/sources that were requested. -- Quiddity (talk) 22:39, 11 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

WWW Conference[edit]

The first paragraph included an uncited mention of founding "the WWW conference". The well known WWW Conference has no obvious connection to him, having been founded by Robert Cailliau. The only reference I can find to a similarly-named conference allegedly founded by Wurman is this article, a promotional press release from Esri about a 2013 event. I am unable to find any other reference to this conference existing that is not easily traced back to using this Wikipedia article as a source and therefore I am removing the mention, as I think it was misleading and unsupported. Feel free to add it back in if a better source exists. Goyston talk, contribs 00:49, 1 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
