Neutrality Issues[edit]

This reads like a PR piece written for Richard Holden. The tone of writing makes him seem like some saintly figure. Talk about what policies he's supported, but don't make every paragraph be about some moral crusade (plus, the policies are very selective and don't talk about the more morally ambiguous aspects of his voting record). It should be comprehensive if you're going to talk about his voting record at all, and it shouldn't be written in such a way which is clearly designed to be flattering.
