A fact from Ricardo Cruz (lawyer) appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 6 December 2005. The text of the entry was as follows:

Did you know... that on Christmas Eve 1969, when California lawyer and noted political activist Ricardo Cruz was a law student at Loyola Law School, he was arrested for leading a march of several hundred demonstrators protesting the newly constructed, $4 million St. Basil's Cathedral?

Saint Basil's is not a cathedral, but a parish church. Our Lady of the Angels is the current cathedral, and Saint Vibiana's is the former one. Fritz Keppler, Arlington VA

The poem anthologized in the book is called "El Amor de mis Amores". The authors are all from the Mendocino area, so the poet is probably a different "Richard Cruz". My mistake.--Rockero 21:54, 7 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
