The claim comes from a speech Gingrich gave on March 31, 2007, to the National Federation of Republican Women, ... speech in its entirety through C-SPAN, ... the statements germane to this fact-check begin about 23 minutes in. ... "We should replace bilingual education with immersion in English so people learn the common language of the country and so they learn the language of prosperity, not the language of living in a ghetto," Gingrich said.
This article reads like a propaganda piece, it may certainly be completely true, but where is the balance? An unsophisticated reader would be lead to believe that only Romney's campaign is up to this sort of shenanigans. Goggling Priorities USA Action provides at least as many shady deals and politically incestious behavior.

The article is about a PAC supporting Romney. It has nothing to do with Obama. Any PAC supporting Obama would be the subject of a separate article.
