Untitled[edit]

Some of the data is inaccurate. I believe this palace predates Saddam Hussein.

Note: most of the info I have supplied is from a first person account - --TBAS. Some was also offered by a co-worker who rolled into the Palace area on the heels of the US Army.

I know a picture is worth 1000 words... but still, some words would be nice Aidanb 12:36, 16 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't even know this page was here. Soon as I get some photos togather and uploaded, you'll see some new images like a series showing the removal of teh Saddam Heads. --TBAS 22:37, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

whew ok, I think we can safely keep this page now.

This page needs cleaning up. I will do it. James Frankcom

did I miss something?[edit]

What's the point in changing the credits of editors to non-users? Another item: is the controvisial tag in reference to the "stability" of the region? Since this article isn't about the region, but only the Palace, perhaps it would be copesetic to simply rename the sub-header.----TBAS 03:31, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Naming of Location[edit]

Someone needs to add how this palace got its name. This could easily be seen as being created by people against the war who are naming "Republican Palace" in a sarcastic way to ridicule the republican party who was in power during a significant portion of the war in Iraq. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ergzay (talkcontribs) 20:01, 1 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
