Creek sinks[edit]

This topozone map shows "Creek sinks" [1] I had always heard that Antes Creeks rises up from the ground somewhere in the Nippenose Valley and that Rauchtown Run sinks, as evidenced by the map. So the question is. Is Rauchtwon Run really tributary to Antes Creek or is it another name for the same stream? Dincher 20:10, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Creek emerges[edit]

This topozone map shows "Creek emerges" [2] It's the beginning of Antes Creek. So should the sentence about Rauchtown Run and Antes Creek be changed? Perhaps Rauchtown Run flows into the Nippenose Valley where it sinks underground and emerges from the ground X miles away as Antes Creek? Dincher 20:17, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
