Proposed merge with Rao (Telugu honorific)[edit]

It's a similar list of names for a similarly spelled title in India. Asking people to determine whether they should be looking at the Telugu variant (if indeed it is a true variant) seems specious and confusing. And I am wary due to the sheer volume of POV pushing etc that has been going on regarding Kamma-related articles lately, of which this may be an example of a POV fork.
