This is a nice example of why Wikipedia is better than e.g. Britannica, and why it's important to allow editors great leeway in creating and editing articles. This is an example of how many small actions by individuals are underreported in traditional print (due to publication costs). It fundamentally challenges our notion of causality in the social sciences. It emphasizes the web of human interaction and ideations, rather than authoritarian, top-down decision-making. External link to interview on nuclear policy?[edit]
Would an interview with Randy Kehler from 1987 be useful here as an external link? Focus of conversation is nuclear weapons policy. http://openvault.wgbh.org/catalog/V_3645177E51414C2687960DD1E63C9881 (I helped with the site, so it would be conflict of interest for me to just add it.)
