Just for everybody's information: from the initial creation of this article and up to the version datestamped 14 June 2014‎,this article is an almost complete translation from the Tagalog Wikipedia article for Dr. Ramon Barba - a page I did not write, and which I have not yet edited. I feel that the verifiability of some aspects of the current version of the article need to be checked out, but a cursory check has me convinced that the article is (reasonably) accurate. I erred on the side of caution and didn't translate some sections which I don't think were supported by the sources given in the tl article. I will look for better sources later.
