Wikipedia notability isn't only to be judged based on the sources currently provided. There are coverage from major dailies about her acting even before her murder. @Vinegarymass911, As I said, see the discussion with user John B123. You ought not to evaluate an article only based on the sources provided on the article. Other sources exist that talks about her acting and modeling career (even before she died). She has starred in over 25+ films and numerous TV dramas, also directed/produced some. Bengali internet culture is not enriched as like most other, so it's hard to find info about the films in English, although sources exist in Bn language. Merge here as proposed. Searches of the usual types, in Bengali and English, found only a single passing mention of her before her murder, where she is named as the director of planned 2018 Eid tele-drama Amra Vindeshi Tara.[1] Multiple actresses (such as Sumaiya Shimu) have been mononymously known as Shimu, which may have muddied earlier discussions, such as with John B123. With no evidence in reliable sources that this Shimu has had significant roles in notable productions, she doesn't meet WP:NACTOR. Therefore cover the event, not the person, per WP:ONEEVENT. আফতাবুজ্জামান already redirected Raima Islam Shimu for that reason. If significant coverage of her acting is later found in some musty archive, the biography can be spun out again at that time. --Worldbruce (talk) 15:45, 28 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
