We are adding information about her education to the early years section. We are also adding more details to early years about why she went to Europe and about her children's deaths. We are adding a teaching section which gives information about her teaching career before University of Nebraska. Additionally, we are adding a section about a time capsule that was opened at UNL that contained information about Lloyd. How did being the first woman with a PhD in chemistry impact her professional career? It mentions that she was involved in getting other women into chemistry but there is not much about how this either negatively or positively affected her career. Photograph of Lloyd[edit]

Apparently old photographs of Lloyd exist, for example, from the time capsule that was unearthed at the University of Nebraska.
