@Cartoonist 101:, I was debating on whether Kill Bill Vol. 3 should be added to the list. There hasn't been much development on the film and it seems unlikely to be Tarantino's final 10th film. However, I did find recent articles where he talked about KB3 briefly, but not in a way that suggests it'll be made. What do you think, add it or leave it off for now, until Tarantino confirms which film he is making as his 10th. He's mentioned a Django Unchained 2 / Zorro crossover film, a Star Trek film, and an untitled Horror film, so obviously at least 2 of those would end up on this list eventually too.
