What townships?[edit]

It says this reservoir is in Quemahohing Twp. (and?) Conemaugh Twp., Somerset Co., PA. I was going to edit in "and", but I am confused by the link (within Wikipedia) found for "Conemaugh Township". I am getting:

Conemaugh Township,and Jenner Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania
