Suggested improvements[edit]

Add references to Qbd from published technical papers.
Add a chart object to illustrate Qbd spreads in a production lot.

Capacitance correction?[edit]

Strictly speaking, shouldn't the expression for Qbd be compensated for the capacitative charge?
i.e. Subtract Q = C.V where C is the gate capacitance and V is the voltage just before breakdown? DFH (talk) 16:35, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
