Puppet rulers are not just in puppet states[edit]
I've changed this from its former redirect to puppet state, because, while the two terms are related, in the case of a domestically-controlled puppet, the term puppet state is not appropriate. HuskyHuskie (talk) 23:41, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
