Witness of fraud[edit]

I was the assistant to the Western Division Manager of Prudential Bache Direct Investments Division in LA in 1985 and was "in the room" and witnessed the fraud while it was all going on. I quit my job because of it. This article leaves out many of the sordid details about the fall of Prudential Bache and their purchase by Wachovia and after. This article seems to be a classic industry whitewash.
