Table of private prison existence by country

This would be useful to visualize where PPs are most common, perhaps as a % of incarcerated persons, etc.

Here's a [Search] seeking this information, I've yet to find some sources but it would be good to "open an investigation" so to speak.

Extention to the Cost-Benefit Analysis

"Studies have found that private prisons tend to keep more low-cost inmates and send others back to state-run prisons." This point needs to be clarified to show that the private prisons are taking the lower cost inmates and sending the higher cost inmates back to state prisons in order to save money. The private prisons are supposed to be saving the government money, which is not to what they are accomplishing above. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Smylesarebetterthanfrowns2018 (talkcontribs) 17:44, 16 October 2018 (UTC)

Australian section of article

I saw no fault in the original posting of the Australian private prison section. I felt that the facts needed to be present, instead of having a hyperlink that requires the reader to search for information that should be in the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Smylesarebetterthanfrowns2018 (talkcontribs) 05:56, 7 November 2018 (UTC)

Addition of Correlation between Inadequacy of Staff and Recidivism Section

This section of the article was added to show the reader the ties between inadequacy in staff training (primarily preventing and being proactive against violent prison scenarios) and Recidivism. Furthermore, the statistics added show that inmates experience with violence can be one of many indicators of whether or not the inmate will recidivate.
