I deleted the sentence alleging that there was a swimsuit ad ban in Istanbul. There simply is not such a bill as the prohibition of swimsuit ads in effect (if you believe there is please give an official reference). The reference which was given to support the claim was misleading because the newspaper article given as the reference simply claimed that there may a de facto prohibition, which also is not true as is attested by the billboards in Turkish cities.
