This article disagrees with the Beer Bottle article on the size of the pony. That article says it is 207 ml, or 7 U.S. ounces. perhaps the size varies, but the articles should be harmonized by someone with more knowledge than I.

Pony is just a general term for “small”: a pony glass of beer (in Australia) is a quarter-pint, so 5 imp fl oz (~140 ml), while a pony bottle (in the US) is now standardized at 7 US fl oz, (~210 ml). Clarified and linked to pony bottle, which elaborates this.
