The PCAV is a youth-oriented organization with statewide focus promoting horsemanship and education.

While I agree that Pony Club and Pony Club Associations are notable the article still is written like and advertisement/recruitment campaign than an encylopedic entry. It needs improvement in this area. Thanks. Jasynnash2 (talk) 09:34, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
