Unfortunately, a wp:SPA promoting a heritage group (this is actually already mentioned in this article) has repeatedly made uncited WP:OR additions and added a promotional external link. I see what you mean. They look to have stopped after a final warning on their talk page, as well as a warning about COI. So it looks like they understand the problems with their edits.
