Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because it has been expanded with information about the broader legal and regulatory issues the activity of this company raises. — Trilliumz (talk) 16:13, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the CSD tag since there is now an assertion of significance. That does not mean the article does meet guidelines for inclusion, but it does not meet guidelines for WP:CSD now. If someone feels it does not merit inclusion, WP:PROD or WP:AFD would be the next step. Frank | talk 16:55, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
