Austria or Hungary[edit]

As the German article correctly said, it wasnt the government in Vienna who promoted the boycot but the hungarian government in Budapest. The cisleithanian politicians were mainly against it. I corrected it, because it wasn't "Vienna" who started the boycot, it was the government of the Kingdom of Hungary, especially the hungarian prime minister Géza Fejérváry.
