Ailsa Craig Fishing Co Ltd v Malvern Fishing Co Ltd and Securicor (Scotland) Ltd[edit]
I have added a distinguish template for this case as I have seen both referred to as "the Securicor case"; I notice that there isn't a page for the other case, and I'm not sure if one is warranted as it is mainly only cited to highlight how the courts have treated exclusion clauses and limitation clauses differently - a distinction that may seem trivial to non-lawyers.
