Categorisation[edit]

I've reverted the re-addition of parent categories since, as described at the bottom of the paragraph at WP:CAT#How to categorize an article, it's usually best to categorise articles in the most specific category available, which in this case is Category:Phospholipids.

If you have a look at Category:Chemistry, for example, you'll notice there are no other articles on specific chemicals at that level: this is because the category would be too enormous to browse if all the chemical were listed that high up. Reverted: how does adding parent categories, which as I pointed out contain no other articles on individual chemicals, help readers "relate it to its context"?
