Image copyright problem with Image:Jimmy-dykes.jpg[edit]

The image Image:Jimmy-dykes.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

The following images also have this problem:

Photographs of all plates online and free[edit]

User pvsbond on Flickr has released a set of all the plates of the Philies wall of Fame as cc-by-sa. Could someone please upload those to commons and integrate them in this list?--Diaa abdelmoneim (talk) 08:10, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I will do so when I have the time this weekend. I will probably use {{multiple image}} to match the picture of the player with his plaque. However, I don't believe that these are eligible for use on Commons, since they could be considered three-dimensional works of art. KV5 (TalkPhils) 12:49, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So you're uploading them on Wikipedia as free use rational ?--Diaa abdelmoneim (talk) 17:37, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have, yes. Wikipedia's usage criteria are less stringent than Commons, as I found when I tried to upload a picture of a statue to Commons. The ones that I have placed in this article and in Whiz Kids are the only ones I've loaded so far, but the rest will be put up and added to the appropriate player pages when I have a few free moments.
