How is this information inaccurate ? What reliable sources do you have to support that it's incorrect ?: - FlightTime (open channel) 20:58, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
(moved from my my talk page)
Bruinvels no longer holds to the views expressed in 1986/1997 and has issued a statement to that effect. He is not "apposed [sic] to equal rights for the LGBT community" and this is an untrue statement by the anonymous author of the article, who appears to be abusing Wikipedia to pursue some kind of personal harassment against Bruinvels. It brings Wikipedia into disrepute to be used in such a way. 2A02:C7D:268C:4E00:DCA8:15AE:8F64:116A (talk) 21:19, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

“Bruinvels no longer holds to the views expressed in 1986/1997 and has issued a statement to that effect”. Assuming this was a public statement then I’m sure we could reference to it to show this fact. Do you have a link? Randaluk27 (talk) 09:29, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The statements made on Bruinvels by Wikipedia refer to a period dating back to the 1980s and are no longer current, and have not been current for many years. The entry as it stands is inaccurate and should reflect the current situation. 17:44, 23 December 2017 (UTC) By 2A02:C7D:268C:4E00:E86A:846B:6B74:E3B2

You do know that is a blog page created today! Not a public statement. Randaluk27 (talk) 18:59, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Wordpress, blogs are not acceptable sources for BLP articles. - FlightTime (open channel) 19:04, 23 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hit job[edit]

This page appears set up as a hit job. By all means document stated views on homosexuality but only within a wider biography. Nine-and-fifty swans (talk) 07:21, 15 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
