rate of inflation - not in cited source

In an attempt to remove the "when" tag, I reviewed the Central Bank's 2007 report, given as the source for that section. Unfortunately, nothing in that report clarifies the date; worse yet nothing in that report appears to support the claim of 1.5% inflation, or to give any data prior to 2002 (certainly nothing going back to 1991). The current report from the Central Bank shows inflation considerably over 1.5% (up to 4.5%, in fact), so the sentence is badly out of date anyway, and probably should be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:589:102:B920:85E0:8AA4:1C95:E369 (talk) 18:38, 15 February 2017 (UTC)
