Need Help With Identification[edit]

I Would Appreciate It If Anyone Could Help Me Identify These Creatures. They Are Tiny, Maybe A Few Millimeters At Full Maturity; They Also Appear To Behave Nonaggressively And Somewhat Eusocially In Closely Clustered Nests Burrowed Into The Soil Near A Bean Patch, Swarming Hundreds In The Evening And Posting Guard At The Entrances. They Are Jet Black With A Rounded Abdomen. One In Another Video That I Can Not Seem To Retrieve Appeared To Have Yellow Streaks, Or To Otherwise Be Carrying Yellow Pollen, On It's Hind Legs.
