Date of birth: why are given two dates in this article??[edit]

In the head of the article is given 15.10.1877 as date of birth of Patricia Wentworth; in the cadre on the same page 10.11.1877! Why the difference, and: what is the right date? Remarkable is that for both dates is given the same note...
