Untitled[edit]

The rambling, tendentious "Note about Asperger's" ought to be seriously trimmed or just cut out entirely. I agree, although in the show there is a character with Aspergers it shouldn't be the entire section For the "Gilligan's Island" article you wouldn't stuff it with meandering research extracts about the survival rate of maritime castaways. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.105.17.56 (talk) 07:16, 2 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Are we sure the information about Kenneth Trussell is correct? There is no source and it sounds iffy.

Also, I think Variety is wrong about the second season premiere date. Sept. 14 seesm too early but I guess we'll find out in a few months. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.54.8.46 (talk) 13:36, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tyree Brown[edit]

While I understand that in certain cases, later additions to the cast are added after the original cast(such as in the case of Up All Night), but this is not always how it works. Tyree Brown as a major recurring character in season one, appearing in every episode. He has been in the main cast for every episode after the first 13. he is in the opening credits, listed right after Joy Bryant, and on this article we have it listed the same way it is in the opening credits. There is really no reason for him to be listed out of place and last. See Parks and Recreation, Adam Scott and Rob Lowe were added to the cast later, but aren't listed after the original cast because they are credited before the rest of the cast. I will be changing, any objections should be discussed here before changing it again.Caringtype1 (talk) 19:24, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Per Template:Infobox television, "Cast are listed in original credit order followed by order in which new cast joined the show." Tyree Brown's recurring appearances during the first season should not have any weight on this issue. The simple fact of the matter is that he did not become a cast member until season 2, and therefore should be placed on the first spot after the end of the original cast. I fixed the section about Tyree Brown since he has been on since Season 1 and in every episode along with the credits since then. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Englishaccount1102 (talkcontribs) 13:20, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Well, good luck changing every other article to fit that.Caringtype1 (talk) 00:19, 13 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

title is somewhat confusing[edit]

came here wondering if this article covered the current (2013) series. i understand that it started in 2010 and the title is to differentiate from the earlier one. but isn't there a better way to address that? El duderino (abides) 03:10, 8 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Since the TV series has now came to an end, I think it would best to edit the title to something like Parenthood (TV series). I find the 2010 somewhat confusing, especially since it just ended in 2015 and people may know of it by the 2015 TV series. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Englishaccount1102 (talkcontribs) 13:16, 24 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Well, here in the US each "series" is referred to as a season, whereas series refers to the show as a whole. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.56.160.111 (talk) 03:31, 24 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

ray romano[edit]

Why is he not mentioned in this article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.119.237.184 (talk) 03:06, 28 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"Parenthood" template: season 2 episode names not necessary[edit]

The "Parenthood" template needs to be changed to get rid of the season 2 first and last episodes. Every article having to do with the Parenthood TV series shows this template at the end. Preferably the episode names should be deleted; either that or every season's first and last episodes should be shown (which seems pointless, really. (I tried changing the template myself, but I couldn't get it activated so I undid my changes.) Thanks for reading this. -- Bwefler (talk) 20:41, 24 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
