Inaccurate Fauna List?[edit]

Hi there, first-time editor here just checking in to make sure I'm not going to screw this up. This list has bothered me for quite a while, it lists animals such as the American cheetah that I've never found listed anywhere else as residents of the La Bera Tar Pits. Lately the issue seems to have gotten worse with animals like Mixotoxodon and Glyptotherium being added to the page. If it's ok I would like to cut this list down to exclusively animals mention on the Tar pits website which contains a list of species known from the area. If there is any evidence for the other animals that would be really cool and I'd love to know about it. Thanks! TerribleReptiles77 (talk) 16:04, 7 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
