How many Kraków bishops were there who used the various palaces? "Bishop's Palace in Kraków" suggests that there was one Kraków bishop. If that's the case, I vote for "Palace of the Kraków Bishop in Warsaw", even if the original Polish pluralizes "bishop" for Polish historical stylistic reasons. Ditto for the other cities hosting such palaces.
