Comment[edit]

Resolved

Of the faculty, MK Guth is most noteworthy. Guth was recently named as a participant in the 2008 Whitney Biennial, she is chair of the MFA program at PNCA (FIVE)

Guth is mentioned in the "Faculty" section. ---Another Believer (Talk) 15:15, 19 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Why is this relevant? Does it make this a better article? What's the citation? Who says? I'm removing this. Please add your comments here to explain. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Blamblamblam (talkcontribs) 10:38, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is incredibly relevant... read up on the Whitney Biennial, it makes a huge difference in the prestige of the institution.--Gungnir PDX (talk) 23:08, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge[edit]

I'd like to merge Museum of Contemporary Craft into this article. The museum is no longer open and does not seem to merit its own article. I'd love to hear discussion on the topic, but I there is none in the next couple of months, I'll plan on moving forward.

Oppose; I think that the history of the museum is long enough that written sources are likely to be sufficient to establish independent notability. I've added a list of exhibitions from the mid-20th century, and it looks to have been very active. My view is that the current structure works for readers.
