Placement of works in Capitol building[edit]

The placement of his works in the offices of the Senate President and the Speaker under a variety of legislative leaders from different parties and ideologies is significant because: (1) those painting are the most photographed and exposed of his works since they are frequently seen on TV as backdrops for press conferences and other newsworthy events\ (2) the placement is an example that his works are accepted and admired by political leaders of all political stripes in Puerto Rico and ewhoever knows politics in PR knows that that is an accomplishment.
