oh yeah?[edit]

In classical times, Oria was known as Jinkal (Shankar) or Hyrium ...

What language is Jinkal or Shankar in? —Tamfang 00:44, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

when was Oria founded?[edit]

id like to know when oria was founded. if a exact year is not know id like it to be narrowed down to a exact century or perhaps a decade. this town is located just off the Via appia and was a suburb of Brundisium and also loaceted near tarentum. this artical says it was founded by the messipians this kinda narrows the time when it was founded down but im still not certain when messipian culture flurished and how long that lasted. if anyone can help me with this when was oria founded question then another gap will be filled in. 69.208.14.63 (talk) 12:20, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
