Reger[edit]

Is Max Reger no longer known for his association with the organ, as the article currently claims? I know him primarily for his composition for organ. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.218.220.253 (talkcontribs) 22:49, June 25, 2007

I just noticed this too and have removed him - I agree, he's not a good example. Barnabypage 12:52, 26 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Organists in literature[edit]

It would be cool to mention organists in literature, such as the young organist in Demian who discusses gnostic philosophy with the protagonist. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.203.165.58 (talkcontribs) 00:04, August 16, 2005

Agree with organists in literature - Dickens' Edwin Drood has one of the best-known examples. Any more suggestions for that section, and organists in film? Barnabypage 13:05, 16 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Organists in Sports[edit]

While they all use keyboard synthesizers now, would this be an appropriate place to include a section on organists in various sports venues (baseball being notable, as well as basketball and others)? --Bobak (talk) 00:31, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
