Creating this page[edit]

My motivation for creating this page was seeing several references in wiki pages to publications of the OAS. No information existed in Wikepedia so I thought it would be appropriate to create a place for it. Hilmar (talk) 14:21, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
